Kalongi's ideal home
Meet Kalongi, a 4-year-old Husky. His ideal home would be with experienced dog owners who can read his body language and understand that sometimes Kalongi will need his own space. He would love his own private garden where he can safely burn off energy. Kalongi will need to be the only dog in the home. He enjoys exploring green areas with lots of things to smell and doing his thing! He doesn't like to be overhandled and appreciates having his own space, so he could live with older children 14+ and have visitors who are dog-savvy and can recognise when he would just like to have some space. Kalongi is not the biggest fan of being left on his own and would appreciate having minimal leave hours. Over time and with some training, this time could be built up to 2 hours. He is looking for a home with a private, secure garden where he can have a run around and explore!

Kalongi has the silliest of personalities and is your typical sassy Husky! He likes to use his voice to let everyone know he’s there. He’s not shy of demanding what he wants, whether that be treats or fuss from his favourite handlers. Kalongi likes to zoom around before coming back to his kennel and lying flat out for a snooze. Kalongi is very good at making everyone laugh with his quirks and putting a smile on their face. He will make a fabulous addition to his forever home!
