About This Dog

Skye's ideal home

Skye is a petite Husky who came into our care after being found as a stray. She is a friendly lady but can be a bit shy about handling, so any children in the home should be of around secondary school age. Skye needs to be the only pet in the home but can share her walks with other dogs as long as they don’t need to interact.

Could you be Skye's perfect match?

Skye is a chatty soul who is about 2 years old. We don’t know anything about her history so she might need an introduction to the basics. However there are signs that it won’t be completely from scratch as she is housetrained in kennels. She also knows quite a few cues already, including ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘paw’, and ‘touch’. Skye jumps straight into a car and should also be happy being left for a couple of hours once she’s settled in.
