Smokey's ideal home

Smokey is our handsome Husky who is looking for a new home. He’s a really friendly boy so is looking for a home where children are secondary aged as he does like to jump up. Smokey has the potential to live with dogs as has done previously, pending successful mixes in centre prior to adoption. He is currently on pain medication which our team will discuss with any potential adopters in further detail.

Smokey is a 7 year old Husky who is very true to the breed. He can be chatty, enjoys fuss and also enjoys sniffing and exploring his surroundings. Smokey can be picky with his food but loves his toys which will help him with his training. He settles well when left alone here at the centre so has the potential to be left alone for a couple hours once settled into a new home. He is more than happy to jump into a car and has a good history of car travel so could join his new family on adventures further afield.
