About This Dog for Adoption

Marvin's ideal home

Marvin is on the search for his forever home with adopters who will take the time to get to know him and understand his sensitive side. He can have some worries and would be best suited with adopters who can take things slow and build up his confidence in the World. Marvin has had previous incidents and therefore would be best suited to live with older teenagers in the home. He would like to be the only pet in the home but would like to continue distanced dog interactions out on his walks. Marvin must have a private and secure garden that he can enjoy with his family. He ideally would like to live in a quieter area as he can be worried with lots of noise and busier areas.

Could you be Marvin's perfect match?

Marvellous Marvin is a loving ball of energy who loves nothing more than snuggling up with his favourite people. He adores playing with a ball, chasing it and engaging in games with his carers. Marvin is a big explorer and loves adventuring to new places, sniffing around and spending quality time with his favourite people. Once he knows you, he is a super goofy boy who loves to show off his zoomies. Marvin is a clever boy who knows his name, sit, down and is fully muzzle trained. He is a wonderful boy who is sure to bring lots of love and joy to his forever family.

Husky Puppy Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Siberian Husky.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Siberian Husky Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
